Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Larger furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners to ensure safe handling.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, DecoArt ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
